Variaciones anatómicas de la arteria y vena cística; Serie de casos.

Resumen

La importancia de reconocer las variantes anatómicas vía biliar, en una colecistectomía laparoscópica es de suma importancia, para evitar disrupción de la vía biliar así como hemorragia que aumente el riesgo de mortalidad, la identificación de la vena cística es otra forma de evitar lesionar estructuras vasculares importantes o en su defecto la vía biliar, al suponer el cirujano que identificó la arteria que es una estructura común y poner lesionar otra estructura anatómica. Esta serie de casos tienen en común el diagnóstico de hepatología de la vesícula biliar que son sometidos a una colecistectomía convencional, donde se ilustra al cirujano a conocer la posibles variantes anatómicas de la arteria cística y la identificación de la vena cística, para prevenir lesiones de la vía biliar.

Abstract

The importance of recognizing the anatomical variants of the biliary tract in a laparoscopic cholecystectomy is of utmost importance to avoid disruption of the biliary tract and bleeding that increases the risk of mortality, the identification of the cystic vein is another way to avoid injuring important vascular structures or otherwise the bile duct, assuming the surgeon who identified the artery that is a common structure and put injure another anatomical structure. This series of cases have in common the diagnosis of hepatology of the gallbladder that are submitted to a conventional cholecystectomy, where the surgeon is illustrated to know the possible anatomical variants of the cystic artery and the identification of the cystic vein, to prevent lesions of the biliary tract.
